Psalms: Worth-ship

Psalms: Worth-ship

Mar 2014 - May 2014

The Psalms are familiar to many but known by few. We read them and are amused by their poetry, fascinated by their imagery, but also overwhelmed at the length of the compilation of ancient hymns.

Yet when we truly understand them and seek to know them fully, we will be struck by just how transparent they are. The Psalms speak to the human condition in all it's forms. Joy and celebration, depression and frustration, homage and servitude, glory and wonder - all are captured beautifully by the authors of the Psalms. Join us as we explore how ultimately they point to God's "Worth-ship" - how the Lord is worthy of our faith and our utmost praise.
