Fellowship - 1 John
Sep 2015 - Nov 2015

1 John is a fascinating letter which describes how we can have fellowship with God. "Fellowship" is one of those words Christians throw around a lot, but don't always fully comprehend. Fellowship in 1 John is a genuine partnership and close relationship that we can enjoy, provided we are walking in the light, walking in love, and plugged into God's life.

Those three ideas are the main themes which John highlights as he describes what fellowship with God and with each other looks like. Join us as we study all the proof-positive signs and faith-affirming blessings of fellowship with God.

Who Am I?
May 2015 - Jun 2015

Everyone - kids and adults, teenagers and the elderly, men and women, white and black, Christian and non-Christian - struggles at one time or another with issues of identity. We question ourselves - "Who am I? What makes me special? How does God view me?". Our enemy loves to use our failures, our doubts, our fears, and our inadequacies to tell us we don't measure up. God has a completely different message. He tells us in His Word that in Christ, we are valued and important. He no longer sees our sin, but instead sees Christ's righteousness. This series will explore the fundamental truths of our identity in Christ, answering that fundamental question "Who Am I?"

Psalms: Worth-ship
Mar 2014 - May 2014

The Psalms are familiar to many but known by few. We read them and are amused by their poetry, fascinated by their imagery, but also overwhelmed at the length of the compilation of ancient hymns.

Yet when we truly understand them and seek to know them fully, we will be struck by just how transparent they are. The Psalms speak to the human condition in all it's forms. Joy and celebration, depression and frustration, homage and servitude, glory and wonder - all are captured beautifully by the authors of the Psalms. Join us as we explore how ultimately they point to God's "Worth-ship" - how the Lord is worthy of our faith and our utmost praise.
